Accommodating up to six guests, this condo is nestled in one of the building's most tranquil locations. The resort features a range of amenities and is conveniently situated to enhance your stay. Step inside, and you'll find a fully equipped condo ready to create unforgettable Maui memories.

The layout of this spacious 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom property is designed for both comfort and convenience:

• Bedroom 1: King size bed, dresser, two nightstands, cable TV, ceiling fan, and sliding door access to the lanai, along with an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Two twin beds, dresser, two nightstands, cable TV, and ceiling fan, featuring its own ensuite bathroom.
• Common Area: An open floor plan that includes a fully equipped kitchen with elegant quartz countertops, a dining table for four, a Smart TV with cable, a pull-out sofa sleeper, and cozy seating chairs. A half bath is also located here for added convenience, along with a closet stocked with beach gear such as chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler. An in-unit washer/dryer adds to your comfort.

Your stay will be enhanced with a generous essentials starter kit provided by Stay Aloha, which encompasses laundry supplies, luxury organic bath items, and kitchen essentials. You’ll also find a delightful Aloha welcome gift awaiting you upon arrival.

***Please note that the resort is currently undergoing stucco repairs on the building, expected to continue through late summer to early fall. However, rest assured, this does not affect access to amenities like the pool, fitness center, lobby, elevators, etc.***

The Royal Kahana offers an array of facilities including a beachfront swimming pool, BBQ area, fully-equipped fitness room, ping pong table, shuffleboard, and an on-site Activities Center/Concierge. Just across the street, the Kahana Gateway Center provides a selection of restaurants, including the well-loved Maui Brewing Company, as well as McDonald's, a convenience store, a gas station, a coffee shop, souvenir shops, and ATMs.

**Parking Details:** While we do not impose a resort fee as many others do, there is a parking fee payable upon check-in at the resort, structured as follows:

• For the first 30 days: $18.00 per day plus taxes.
• For stays of 31+ days: $10.00 per day plus taxes.

*Beach Information:* The beach adjacent to Royal Kahana may experience seasonal changes due to ocean currents, impacting its appearance and accessibility. While direct beach access may vary, public beach access is available within a 5-minute walk. Our team, along with local authorities, is working diligently to restore Kahana Bay to its natural beauty.

*Please be aware:* Due to Maui's rural environment, encounters with roosters and harmless geckos are common. These friendly lizards help control insect populations and are considered good luck. The HOA schedules regular pest control services; however, complete elimination of pests can be challenging in this tropical climate. Your unit will be meticulously cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival.
